Me. NSHUTI Samuel is an Advocate and a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society (EALS). He combines courtroom expertise with a strong passion for digital legal dissemination. ... His practice bridges high-stakes litigation and strategic advisory, supported by a background in MSME development and public prosecution.

Academically, Me. Samuel holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from ILPD, a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Kigali, and is completing a Master's in International Economic and Business Law at ULK.

He has served in high-level institutions including the Supreme Court, NPPA Office of the Prosecutor General and Rwanda Development Board (RDB). Me. Samuel brings strong expertise in legal research, drafting, advisory services, and institutional procedures.
